Sarah believes that acupuncture needling makes ‘yang’ and ‘yin’ energy balanced, and boost up Qi and blood circulation in our bodies. Therefore many kinds of pain or malfunction from inner energy imbalance or bad circulation can be cured or contained with ancient wisdom – traditional Chinese medicine, which still proves to be very powerful and effective, especially for functionality adjustment.
Sarah lives in Costa Mesa with her husband and 2 boys in college. She enjoys reading classical books, poems and listening to ancient instruments when she is free. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, shopping for groceries, gardening, playing TaiChi, taking a walk, meditation, and going back to nature. She would love to move to Ladera Ranch one day after her husband retires.
