Lizette Garcia - Massage Therapist

My name is Lizette Garcia and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2022 and then went back and enrolled in their advanced neuromuscular program and graduated from that in May 2025. My intention as a massage therapist is to help my clients alleviate chronic pain, increase mobility and reduce stress through the use of different techniques and tools such as cupping and scraping. Both of these techniques are great for reducing pain, tension, or adhesions.

In my free time, I enjoy nature walks, day spas, spending time with my family and close friends. My husband and I also enjoy playing tennis together.
